PACKAGING
& MENU DESIGN
Combining what your brand stands for, and its purpose in order to influence buying decisions.
Customers are drawn, more than anything, to products and items that look good. Packaging that is well designed is sure to attract more potential customers than a product that is poorly designed. When your product is on a shelf full of competing products, your packaging must stand out. Customers don’t have the time or energy to weigh the differences between competing items, which will lead them to use a shortcut to make their decision - your product’s packaging.
Packaging is powerful because it tells consumers why your product is unique. I research and explore your demographic, the brands personality, and your competitors approach to get a good idea of your position in the market. If we've been working together from the beginning, I'll have a really good idea of all this information already. Close attention is paid to the use and combination of colors, fonts, graphics, layout, packaging shape, functionality and the materials used.
I always promote sustainable packaging materials, as it is of utmost importance to me that we all look after the planet we live in. Customers want to associate a product with something positive, and the packaging design is often the first thing that comes to mind. And if you're doing good for the world in the process, then that's an extra selling point in the eyes of the customers as it makes them feel good to purchase your product.
